FAQs

GENERAL

Fuse Malta kicks off on Friday 19th September, till the early hours of Monday 22nd September.

The festival is strictly limited to persons aged 18 and over.

Attendees must be prepared to show valid photographic identification on request such as a passport, European ID photocard, or a UK/EEA photocard driving licence.

All accessibility attendees are entitled to a free PA ticket. An accessibility document with more information will be available very shortly!

TICKETS

The festival ticket includes access to all 3 days of the festival (day and night), from Friday to Sunday.

VIP ticket holders will be able to make use of separate VIP Entrance, VIP Bars, and VIP Restrooms at UNO during the nights.

Tickets are usually sent out to all attendees approximately 1 month before the festival starting date, as long as the full balance has been paid.

Yes! Tickets can be purchased and paid for in instalments. Attendees will be able to pay a £50 deposit for each ticket and £100 for accommodation, followed by monthly instalments. The monthly instalment will differ based on your ticket type, hotel room and the day you start your plan.

There are a limited allocation of Payment plan options and they're likely to sell out fast. Please read our Payment Plan terms HERE before committing to the plan.

Balance payments must be made as per the terms of your payment plan. Failure to do so would put you at risk of the booking being cancelled and losing any money already paid towards the ticket(s)

If your installment payment fails, you will receive an automatic email notification and Easol will attempt to charge the card two more times. The attempts to charge the card on file will be made in one-week intervals.

If all the attempts to charge the card fail, you need to update your credit card details if applicable and pay for the remaining balance.

Box Office opening times will be revealed closer to the event.

Yes, we actually encourage you to show your ticket on your phone! Please ensure you have downloaded the ticket onto your phone so that the barcode can be scanned.

LODGING & TRAVEL

Daily direct Flights to Luqa, Malta International Airport, are available from all major EU and UK airports.

We recommend booking your flights sooner than later to secure the best prices.

We recommend staying at one of the two festival hotels: Riviera Spa Resort and Ramla Bay Resort.

If you prefer to book your own hotel we suggest staying in the Mellieha or St Pauls Bay areas. Malta is a small island and nothing is too far from each other. Bolt Taxis operates in Malta and are affordable and easy to book.

MALTA PUBLIC TRANSPORT is the national bus operator responsible to operate all public transport services by bus on the Maltese islands. More information can be found at here.

Bolt

It is the most widely used taxi application in Malta, and many Bolt drivers offer their services on the island. You can find a vehicle available close to you in just a few minutes, wherever you are, using their app.

White Cabs

This is the official taxi company in Malta. You will find ticket vendors at the airport to take you wherever you want, and also in Saint Julian’s (Paceville) and in Valletta. The difference with other companies lies in the prices (fixed price for a specific geographic area) and the booking process: You order your trip directly from the ticket office.

Uber

Uber is also available in Malta. You can find a vehicle available close to you in just a few minutes using their app.
