Fuse Festival Malta - Payment plan terms
PAYMENT PLAN TERMS - Fuse Malta 2026
Tickets for Fuse Malta 2026 can be bought by paying the purchase price over four (4) instalments.
The full price of your festival ticket purchase will be displayed on the checkout page, and the total amount will be charged in installments on the specified due dates as outlined during checkout.
1. Instalment Payment Schedule
Instalments are due at regular intervals as stated on the checkout page.
The first instalment is charged immediately upon purchase.
Each subsequent instalment will be automatically charged to your payment method on or around the specified due dates.
2. Payment Conditions
All instalments are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is fully cancelled or materially altered as defined in the Fuse Malta 2026 Terms & Conditions.
Your ticket is only valid once all instalments have been paid in full.
If the card is declined 3 times, the payment plan will be cancelled, and the booker has to login manually in order to either make part payments, or pay the full amount.
The payment plan cannot be reinstated after the card is declined 3 times in a row for 3 weeks.
3. Non-Payment and Ticket Cancellation
Subject to availability, Fuse Malta 2026 may, at its discretion, allow you to restart installments to regain a valid ticket. You must contact malta@fuselondon.net to make such a request. However, availability is not guaranteed.
4. Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that adequate funds are available on your payment method for all installments due dates.
You must ensure that your credit or debit card remains valid throughout the instalment period. Failure to update your payment details before an instalment due date may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Festival tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase, except as outlined in the [FESTIVAL NAME] Terms & Conditions.
If the event is cancelled or materially altered, refunds will be processed in accordance with [FESTIVAL NAME] 2026’s official refund policy.
If a customer cancels their ticket, they will lose their deposit and any previously paid instalments. Fuse Malta 2026 may, at its sole discretion, approve cancellations but will not refund installments already paid.
6. Force Majeure & Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters), refunds will follow the Fuse Malta 2026 refund policy.
